It has been ages since I last wrote in this Blog. So many stuff to do and sort out. How I managed to get me and my kids' ass back safely home in Malaysia is truly by the grace of god. Alhamdulillah... score one for me. We touched down in Malaysia at 625am 15th July 2007. Total weight of my checked-in luggage was 113kg (I had 6 of them!), not to mention 4 hand-carried luggage. All FOC! I was quite worried at the check-in counter as Aish doesn't have a seat so he was not eligible for any luggage... so that means I could only have 4 check-in lugagge and a total weight of 60kg! Hehehe... lucky me and thank you god... Mak, ayah, Bilah, Uki, Iwan, Andi, Ira n Atan were there to pick us up. We went straight to Nilai R&R to have breakfast (a proper Teh Tarik at last!) and then straight to KLCC for Aquaria. Some people might say we're mad cause right after an 8 hour long haul trip we're going for another trip. But hey... u need to be spontaneous and that was all good with me. The kids had a good sleep on the aircraft. I'm not much a sleeper anyway so... ok lah. It was still early so we hung around KLCC. Kinokuniya was opened at 1030 so we went in and 'lepak' there. At 1100 we went to Aquaria. The tickets were quiet steep but it was all worth it. Thank you to our main sponsor, who else... mak la... The place look well maintained and there are variety of water creatures on display. Only thing was the place is a bit too small if u ask me. When there's a crowd I felt like I couldn't breathe sometimes... The things I love most are the Green Turtle and the Jellyfish! Sooo cuteee!!! Had lunch at Kenny Rogers. We reached home about 430pm. Had dinner at a new place in Ayer Keroh. The place was not worth mentioning because the food was horibble and the service was lousy!! Swear to God! Never in my life had I experience something like that. Simply teribble! On Monday morning we received bad news. My father's older sister - Mak Cha', passed away due to her asthma. So we packed our stuff and rushed to Taiping for her funeral. After the burial, ayah, Idek n me rushed to Penang to get my car from my in-laws house. I was there for less than 5 minutes. No questions were asked on why I was back home early, how are the kids etc... Zero, nil, nada. So no love there, I got the message. No offense was taken. The rest of the week was a whirlwind of food, shopping, rest and more food. Aaahhhh..... what a bliss to live in Malaysia, the food heaven.
